Bruce A. Moore, formerly of Moore, Warfield & Glick Inc
and Barry L. Weir, formerly of Moore, Warfield & Glick and
Resort Real Estate Specialists founded RE/MAX Premier Properties
in early 2004. This team, with combined experience of over 50
years in real estate, came to fruition as a result of the many
mergers taking place in Ocean City.
Bruce and Barry wanted a company that would focus on having
a well-trained, well-educated, professional team of sales
associates that were able to concentrate on the best interests
of their clients and customers.
PREMIER was the key word in their plan. PREMIER sales associates,
PREMIER service to their clients and customers, PREMIER office
location, PREMIER name recognition with RE/MAX International,
and a PREMIER ownership team that would be present for the
Sales Associate.
The principal and immediate plan to make this a PREMIER Real
Estate company is the development of the brand new, state
of the art office building currently under construction in
Ocean City. The company will continue to grow throughout the
Delmarva Peninsula with the introduction of additional offices
as one of the key goals. Expansion to the Ocean Pines and
West Ocean City areas are in the very near future and possible
expansion to the Salisbury area is an option under consideration
for a potential opportunity on the horizon.

Not only is this team looking to expand locations but services
as well. RE/MAX Premier Properties will be adding a Rental
Program by 2006 as the target season. Also in the planning
stages is the formation of both mortgage and title service
companies as part of the list of services we will proudly
offer.
Still, throughout the growth and expansion of RE/MAX Premier
Properties, the PREMIER focus will always be to operate as
a full service real estate company with our sales associates
and their clients and customers needs in mind.
